The founder of the firm Herb Foster has been in the real estate business as an agent and an appraiser since 1980 in the Sacramento Area. The past 19 years have been exclusively as an appraiser. Herb is also a volunteer with the Civil Air Patol an auxillary of the US Air Force. CAP provides search and rescue missions. Herb is a mission Pilot with the Civil Air Patrol.
